Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Debris and Boom Hose

Over the past two years, UEMSI/HTV has co-developed and field tested a new line of industrial grade debris and boom hose.

To put things into perspective, the industry standard debris hose inner tube liner has been 1/8” thickness. A tube liner of 3/16” thickness is classified heavy duty, and a 1/4” thickness is classified extra heavy duty.
UEMSI/HTV’s new expanding line of debris hose is manufactured with an inner tube liner with both 3/16” and also 1/4” wall- for the price of an 1/8” thick hose liner.

The UEMSI/HTV line of debris and boom hose feature the following characteristics:

Hose Cover: Weather, ozone and abrasion resistant SBR rubber. Also great aging-stability characteristics.

Hose Carcass Make Up: One-ply high tensile spun polyester woven fabric. Specially designed features utilizing and encapsulating a dual high-tensile steel wire helix for superior hose flexibility and reinforcement properties.

Inner Tube: Hoses are manufactured with either 3/16” Heavy Duty or 1/4” Extra Heavy Duty NR/SBR rubber. This provides a static dispensing, abrasion resistant smooth bore debris hose, for enhanced material flow. This construction maximizes superior flexibility, durability and product longevity.

Ends: Each hose end has 4 1/2” long molded soft cuff for easy insertion and sealing of metal hose connectors before clamping.

Temperature Range: - 40° F to 212° F
