UEMSI/HTV is pleased to offer Piranha® Hose Products’ all-new PHP110 Swage Machine. Piranha®, a leader in providing high pressure sewer hose, has developed the PHP110 machine to repair 1/8” through 1 ¼” hose using Piranha manufactured dies and pusher plates.

These swage machines are factory OEM supplied from Piranha® Hose Products. They are not aftermarket, therefore maintaining safety and product integrity. United States Patent 20180193897-A1

The PHP110 does not use a conventional, fabricated and welded frame. Instead, the heart for the PHP110 machine is a 12-ton replaceable hydraulic jack, which is mounted to a 1” thick steel platform base. Two 7/8” diameter truss rods extend from the base and serve as the spine of the PHP110, each offering 69,000 lbs. tensile strength to the machine’s movable components.

The PHP110 was designed to be fully field serviceable, with each component being offered as a replacement part; keeping the user’s investment operating for many years, with down time at a minimum.

The PHP110 platform base has predrilled mounting holes so the versatile PHP110 can be mounted via ½” bolts to the top of a work bench or the deck of a sewer cleaning machine.

If the user prefers to keep the machine mobile between jobs or vehicles, the PHP110 platform base is predrilled and tapped to attach the standard-supplied wheel kit, offering an 8” wide stance for stability while pushing or pulling the machine around a shop or out in the field.

The PHP110 also offers a kickstand stabilizer tube. This tube helps keep the machine stable and upright while jacking the pump during use.

• ½” Allen wrench to tighten or loosen die plates
• ¼” Allen wrench to install wheel kit and knurled handle

• Die lubrication oil
• Die lubrication brush

Each Piranha Hose Product PHP110 Sewer Hose Swaging Machine is serial numbered for product identification and integrity, proving that the PHP110 you have been supplied is backed by the proven and trusted track record of Piranha Hose Products, A Kuriyama Group Company.

Each PHP110, as well as manufactured dies and pusher plates, are made exclusively by Piranha Hose Products in Cadillac, Michigan.
