Piranha® Hose Products PHP50 Hydraulic Swage Lateral Hose End Repair Machine

UEMSI/HTV is pleased to introduce the ALL NEW Piranha® Hose Products PHP50 Lateral Swage Machine designed for hose sizes from 1/8” up to ½”.

The PHP50 is truly a mini-me to the innovative market leading PHP110. Utlizing a short profile hydraulic jack and proven 2 rod technology, the PHP50 makes putting replacement male and female ends on your lateral hose a breeze. Whether used in the field bench mounted, or
mounted to an all-new UEMSI/HTV M3, the PHP50 won’t leave you in the dark when repairing lateral hose is needed most.

The bottom sliding die holder features magnets to hold in your chosen pusher plate while the top die holder is proven “C” technology to firmly hold your size needed die set. The top holder uses the same hex bolt as the rest of the Piranha® mending machine line.

Like the rest of the Piranha® mending machine line, the PHP50 is fully field serviceable with replacement parts available. The PHP50 introduces a new petcock design that is simple to open and close with a flat blade screwdriver. No need to worry about not having that special petcock key anymore.

While the pushers are unique to the PHP50, the die sets are the same Piranha die sets that you are used to and may already have in your shop.

Each Piranha® PHP50 comes with:
- ½” Allen wrench to tighten or loosen die plates
- PHP50 swage machine manual
- Hose cutter tool
- Die lubrication oil
- Die lubrication brush

Each PHP50, as well as manufactured dies and pusher plates, are made exclusively by Piranha® Hose Products in Cadillac, Michigan.
