The Power Winch by UEMSI/HTV is proudly made in the U.S.A. and has
had multiple functions over the last 29 years.
The Power Winch was originally developed in the early 1970s to pull TV cameras and chemical sealing packers through pipelines. As pipeline inspection systems progressed and camera transporters were developed and implemented, the Power Winch was used for the rugged duties of pulling slip lining materials through pipeline as well as pulling grouting packers for sealing equipment.
With its heavy-duty ½ HP Ridgid® 700 treading motor, the Power Winch drum is capable of containing 2000' of 1/8" cable or 1000' of 3/16" cable.
The Power Winch is constructed of lightweight but heavy-duty machined cast
aluminum, and has wheels for easy mobility. It also has an automatic level wind to
wind up the cable evenly.
Available cable options range from 1/8” to 3/16”, and galvanized or stainless steel, in
1,000’. UEMSI/HTV offers the Power Winch workhorse and all of the various parts to keep it maintained and running in top condition, just as it has for the last 29 years from UEMSI/HTV.
