UEMSI/HTV, the worldwide leader in sewer cleaning hose distribution, is excited to announce it has co-developed and extensively field tested an all-new industry specific type of steam hose known as the Triton™ 500. These steam hoses have been specifically designed for the pipe lining industry, where steam is used to cure newly installed pipe liner.

Triton™ 500 is available in ½” I.D. and 1” I.D. 500’ continuous lengths – one piece – which is very special as most lengths on the market today are limited to between 50’ and 200’. However, other custom size lengths and diameters are available upon request. The inner I.D. is EPDM rubber, specially formulated to withstand saturated and super-heated steam. The reinforcement cord is manufactured with braided steel wire.

Triton™ 500 features a red nitrile outer cover that withstands heat and oil. It is engineered and manufactured for both saturated and high heat steam applications. The cover is pin pricked for longer service life. Triton™ 500 is rated from -40° F to 410° F at 260 PSI.
